Here at Buckland Press we believe in training. We do have the need from time to time to employ replacement staff – mainly due to retirements – our staff are long servers!

When we do employ a new member of staff they are properly trained and given the opportunity to attain further qualifications such as NVQ’s. We involve the British Printing Industries Federation in managing of staff involved in training, which takes the form of practical exercises in the workplace and examinations.

We have had great success in bringing new blood to the printing industry and will continue to provide career opportunities whenever possible.
