Litho printing

Our state-of-the-art printing presses are the latest Heidelberg SM & CD technology therefore providing immense capacity on a double-shift system.

We have Four shift crews highly trained and skilled in the production of a wide range of quality and time critical work.  Special coating finishes are commonplace enabling immediate handling of work.  Special Pantone colours and heavyweight boards up to 800 micron can be accommodated.

100% iink coverage and solids difficult to handle on conventional presses present no challenge to the Heidelberg CD, with its complete air transfer system and auto spot remover, making marking and spots a thing of the past.

In-house die-cutting and creasing complement our press room, meaning that you can be confident that special shapes and folders are produced with care and precision. This is a Litho printing department to be proud of…and we are!
